We have been busy with some new feature. Version 1.3 is finally publicly available on our Github and WordPress directory pages.
The feature is autocompletion. This new feature helps to reduce typos and improves the user experience of slow typers. Autosuggest is a prerequisite to autocompletion and the feature is exclusively available to elasticprobe.com’s hosted services (our SaaS platform) users due to security concerns. We have updated the autosuggest and autocomplete article. You can also learn more about the security concerns there.
There is also one more news that we feel we should communicate with our users. We have prepared an ElasticProbe demo website with 50K WooCommerce products. This website is our very own testing ground and we intend to enable all our features on it and showcase the WP search capabilities.
